Indium telluride (InTe)

1. Specification:

InTe-04 Grade 99.99. The content of Indium sulfide is above 99.99%. All impurity element is below 10 ppm.

InTe-05 Grade 99.999. The content of Indium sulfide is above 99.999%. All impurity element is below 1 ppm.

InTe-06 Grade 99.9999. The content of Indium sulfide is above 99.9999%. All impurity element is below 0.1 ppm.

2. Technique(Process):

1Mol In + 1Mol Te = 1Mol InTe. Reacted in Quartz tube, high-precision analytical balance weighing (Mol In : Mol Te = 1:1), Heated by high frequency furnace (oscillator), quartz devices with cooling water circulation system to prevent devices burst by excess vapor pressure.

3. Analysis:

GDMS; XRD (Please find the COA  attached) 5N Indium Telluride (InTe) (All impurity element is below 10 PPM.)

4. Physical Size:

Shot, lump, Powder(-325mesh; Micron powder)

5. Packing:

1Kg/bottle, Vacuum packing or nitrogen-protecting
